I will expand mentorship opportunities by partnering schools with community organizations, businesses, and universities. Together, we can ensure every student has a trusted guide to help them discover their potential. Community Engagement: Schools thrive when the community is engaged. I will establish monthly community forums and a district-wide parent advisory council, ensuring every voice is heard in shaping the future of Pasco education. Education Quality: We must raise the bar for student achievement. That means investing in teacher professional development, strengthening literacy programs, expanding dual enrollment, and making vocational education more accessible. School Safety: Every parent should know their child is safe at school. I will prioritize expanding school resource officers, increasing access to counselors, and implementing restorative practices to reduce suspensions while maintaining safe learning environments
